  • Nicole will investigate formal harassment and discrimination complaints, while carefully following your organization’s policies and procedures. She will adopt a professional and reasonable approach for every situation, always ensuring procedural fairness.  Each investigation will conclude with a clear and concise written report.

  • If a conflict has persisted, Nicole will assess the situation, interviewing each employee, and submit a report to the organization’s leader that offers positive recommendations on how to move forward.

  • Nicole is ready and well-equipped to provide training. Her conflict management training sessions are customized to suit the specific needs of your organization. Her learning environments are positive, engaging, and professional.

  • Nicole takes initiative to assist employers and employees, seeking to find solutions specific to their conflicts.
